Ruby's first time in the pool!! We did a series of mommy and me swim classes at the Jewish Community Center last month. (Yes, I am VERY behind on my blogging.) We only had 3 classes. There were supposed to be 4... but our first class was cancelled because a lil kid barfed in the pool in the class b4 ours. They had to evacuate the pool for 2 hours for sanitizing..... yikes.. wouldn't want to be that family. Ruby liked the water, she had no fear and totally trusted me. She is such a "go with the flow' lil girl. She really takes everything in and does not have a lot of resistance to new things, well, except grass. That is another blog all together. The second class we went underwater!! She did great, no coughing, nothing. She loves when I pour water over her face in the bath so I had a hunch she would not mind going under water in the pool. We definitely will take more classes in the near future.
Such sweet pictures of such a sweet girl! We are so glad to have finally met her and to have seen you again. We're just thrilled for the three of you.
